About Us

Rich Oliveria and Rickey Williams have been working together as one of Southern Oregon’s most knowledgeable real estate teams for the past three years.  During that time they have helped numerous buyers in the Rogue Valley locate and purchase good deals on properties, including a number of bank-owned foreclosures. They work with a major foreclosure contractor for Fannie Mae and its client banks.  They have also developed proficiency in helping Buyers work through the numerous  pitfalls of short sales.

First licensed in 1969, Rich Oliveria has been an active Realtor in California, Idaho and Oregon, and has consistently been recognized with multiple awards as one of RE/MAX International’s top agents since joining RE/MAX in Medford in 2003.  Rich brings a service mentality to the team, always putting the needs of our clients first.  He also contributes a broad working knowledge of housing construction and remodeling.

Rickey Williams was also first licensed as a Realtor in California, but has found a home in the last few years with RE/MAX Ideal Brokers in Medford.  Prior to Real Estate, Rickey was an engineer and project manager with Boeing Satellite Systems. He brings an analytical eye and attention to detail to the transactions he handles for our clients.  He has also become an expert in Oregon Foreclosures and REO transactions, as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and National Association of Realtors recognized Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).
